ByteCrafts was established by three computer geeks with varied experiences in the industry, but a common passion for quality software. The complementary, as well as overlapping, skills of our people are what drive ByteCrafts.

George Stratis

George went to school at the University of Southern California. He studied Computer Science and International Relations under a Fulbright scholarship, a Dean's Scholarship and an International Student Merit award. Upon graduation he was awarded the prestigious Renaissance Scholar status. In the past he has worked for Sideshow, a Cyprus based company, were he was instrumental in building large content management implementations for companies like Fox Searchlight and viral campaign web applications like Muglets.

George loves to program. He started working with PHP in 2001 and hasn't stopped since. As a university student he took the initiative to program a content managed website for the Cyprus Computer Society, which is still in use today. He is always looking for new ideas in user interfaces and trying out new technologies. In his spare time he reads a lot of literature and tries to keep updated on world news.

Greg Andreou

Greg graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence. During his studies he took a year out and worked at Sun Microsystems as part of the SunStart Internship program, where he joined the Knowladge Management team as a Java developer. Since his return to Cyprus he has worked as IT Manager at the Dias Group of Companies where he managed a number of large I.T projects.

Greg is currently pursuing his MBA degree at the CIIM.

In his free time he enjoys playing basketball or computer games and reading science fiction.

Michael Lazarou

Michael received his BA with majors in Computer Science and Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, which he attended after receiving a Fulbright Scholarship and a Trustee Scholarship. His previous experience as a programmer includes development and support of internal entreprise systems at a large offshore company, as well as web development and support at local web development company. He has worked with various programming languages and has experience in working with large projects which rely on database intensive procedures.

Michael has recently received his MBA degree from CIIM. He is an avid basketball fan; he loves watching and playing basketball.
